Soursop Water / High Frequency Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup cooled soursop leaf tea (soursop water)
  • Mason jar

Instructions

    Bring water to a light boil, add dried soursop leaves and reduce heat immediately.

    Simmer gently 10–15 minutes, then turn off heat. Cover and steep 5–10 minutes.

    Strain and cool completely before using.

    Juice the cucumber, grapes and apple.

  5. 5

    Add fresh lime and lemon juice and stir in 1 cup of cooled soursop water.

    Pour in a clean jar.

    Chill or serve over ice.
