Rosemary Infused Water (Calming Nervous System Drink)

Ingredients

  • 3–4 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 cups room-temperature or cold water
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

    Add rosemary (and ACV if using) to water in a jar.

    Cover and let infuse in the fridge overnight (8–12 hours).

    Strain and store chilled for up to 3 days.
