Soursop Leaf & Ginger Tea (with Optional Cloves & Cinnamon)

Ingredients

  • 6–8 dried soursop leaves (whole, not crushed)
  • 1–2 inches fresh ginger root, sliced or crushed
  • 3–4 cups spring or filtered water
  • Dash of cinnamon or a few cloves (optional)
  • Raw honey or date syrup (optional)

Instructions

    Rinse soursop leaves gently in a bowl to remove dust.

    Add water, leaves, and sliced ginger to a pot.

    Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 20–25 minutes covered.

  5. 5

    Turn off heat and steep another 10 minutes if desired stronger.

    Strain and sip warm. Sweeten if needed.
