Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw Brazil nuts
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Optional: 1 date, pinch sea salt, splash vanilla
  • Blender

Instructions

    Soak the nuts in water for 8–12 hours, then drain and rinse.

    Blend soaked nuts with 4 cups fresh water and any optional add-ins until smooth.

    Strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.

    Refrigerate and use within 3–4 days.
