Ingredients

  • Peels from 2 organic oranges (or orange + lemon)
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • Glass jar

Instructions

    Rinse peels, remove excess white pith and chop.

    Add to a glass jar with the water and honey.

    Cover loosely and ferment 24–48 hours at room temperature.

    Refrigerate once lightly tangy.
