Citrus Tea

Ingredients

  • Lime
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Banana
  • Spring or filtered water
  • Raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

    Slice all ingredients and remove the seeds from the citrus fruits.

    Place the sliced ingredients in a glass jar and fill with water.

    Place the jar in the oven at 250°F (120°C) for at least 30 minutes (do not boil).

    Strain the tea and add honey if desired.

    Refill the jar with water and reuse the same ingredients each evening until the citrus flavor fades.
