Vitamin C & Mineral Sleep Tea

Ingredients
- 3–4 eggshells, cleaned
- ACV or lemon water (for soaking shells)
- 1.5 cups spring or distilled water
- 1 whole ripe banana
- Dried orange peels (lightly steam-dried first)
- Pineapple & guava (added at end)
Instructions

Crush eggshells and soak in ACV or lemon water for 12–24 hours.

Lightly steam-dry the orange peels, then set aside.

Add the soaked liquid, water, banana, and dried orange peels to a pot.

Simmer on very low heat for 20–30 minutes.

Turn off heat, add pineapple and guava, cover, and steep 5–10 minutes.

Cool, strain if desired, and store in a mason jar.
