Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight or at least 4 hrs)
  • 2 cups water (adjust for preferred thickness)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg (freshly grated or ground)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

    Drain and rinse soaked cashews, then add to a blender.

    Blend with fresh water and nutmeg until ultra-smooth (about 1 min).

    Add vanilla extract if using and blend a few more seconds.
