Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pawpaw
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • Mason jar with lid (sanitized with hot water)

Instructions

    Combine pawpaw, cinnamon, and turmeric in a bowl.

    Transfer to a sanitized mason jar, cover with parchment paper, then seal with the lid.

    Ferment on the counter for 5–7 days. Open daily to release gas and check for bubbles.
