Watermelon Chaff Ferment (Speech & Gut-Brain Support)

Ingredients

  • Watermelon chaff (fibrous pulp from strained watermelon)
  • A splash of watermelon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (added on Day 2)

Instructions

    Place watermelon chaff in a clean glass jar.

    Add a little of its juice until just covered.

  3. 3

    Cover lightly with a cloth and let sit at room temperature.

    On Day 2, stir in the ground cinnamon.

  5. 5

    Continue fermenting for 24–48 hours total until lightly tangy.

  6. 6

    Sip 1–2 tbsp at a time.
