Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pawpaw
- 1 cup chopped Asian melon
- Honey water (1 part honey : 4 parts water)
- Ground cinnamon (to cover the top)
- Mason jar with lid (sanitized)
Instructions

Add the pawpaw and Asian melon to a sanitized mason jar.

Mix the honey water using a 1 : 4 honey-to-water ratio.

Pour in enough honey water to lightly cover the fruit.

Cover the top with a layer of ground cinnamon.

Seal the jar and ferment on the counter for 5–7 days, opening daily.

Once fermented, refrigerate. Add to smoothies, dilute with water, or eat as is.
